300g Fresh Fodder Quinoa, Fetta & Artichoke Salad
Eye Fillet Steak (or cut of your choice)

METHOD

The perfect tasty mid week meal and all you have to do is cook the steak!

Our Fresh Fodder Quinoa, Fetta & Artichoke Salad is a lovely, light tasty salad. One tub will give you two servings for this recipe.

Artfully arrange the salad across two plates whilst your steak is cooking to your liking (we have gone for medium rare).

Once cooked, allow the steak to rest for a few minutes and then slice to serve.
