Grilled Pork Cutlers with Sliced Pink Lady Apples

Fresh Fodder Pickled Cauliflower with Chickpea & Felafel

INGREDIENTS

1 - 2 Pork Cutlets per person
300g Fresh Fodder Pickled Cauliflower with Chickpea & Felafel
1 Pink Lady Apple
Olive Oil

METHOD

Cut Pink Lady Apple across the centre into round slices approximately 1cm thick.

In a heavy based grill pan, drizzle Olive Oil and bring to a Medium Heat.

Lightly grill Apple slices on each side to gain a little colouration, and set aside on some paper towel to drain.

Bring pan heat up to Medium/Hot and Grill Pork Chops, cooking for a few minutes on each side until cooked through.

Turn on their edges and hold in the tongs to grill the side of the medallion.

Once cooked through (approx 10-12 minutes depending on your chop size) set aside to rest on a board.

Take your plates, scoop the Fresh Fodder Pickled Cauliflower with Chickpea & Felafel side salad, serving half onto each plate. Arrange the apple slices and Pork Chops onto the plate. Season with salt and pepper as required.

Serve and enjoy!
