Each of our partner brands has a unique story, product or proposition that aligns well with our own format, and we are pleased that we are able to support these boutique, independent manufacturers by bringing them to your store.

Jaycroix are pioneers in the manufacturing of gourmet fruit and savoury cream cheese
products in Australia.
Founded over 25 years ago, the company produces a wide variety of high quality
cream cheese products, from its factory in Warriewood, on Sydney’s north shore.

THEIR STORYIt was in the household kitchen of chef David Bitton and his wife Sohani that this
unique range of gourmet products was lovingly created.
It started with their now famous Strawberry and Vanilla Jam and
their gourmet range has grown to include:

THEIR STORYArtisan Persian style fetta, handmade using single source cows milk.
This small batch range, produced in their boutique factory in Mudgee, are marinated
using locally sourced Olive Oil and the freshest ingredients.
With the advantage of 5 months shelf life these award wining marinated fettas can
stand alone on a cracker or toasted bruschetta, in a salad or are an excellent addition to
any pizza or pasta dish.
THEIR STORYChef Julianne has been trained in 5 star hotels, hatted restaurants and has owned and
operated her own award winning restaurant. Hers is a family business where
they make artisan products without additives, flavours or colours - the way good food
used to be made.
This is reflected in the quality, flavour and care taken in all their products. They are
handmade using skill and traditional techniques and most importantly with respect for
produce, only sourcing and using the best ingredients!
