Brussel Sprouts with Hommous & Dukkah

Fresh Fodder Hommous
INGREDIENTS
500g Brussell Sprouts
50g Butter
200g Fresh Fodder Hommous
Dukkah Mix
METHOD
This can be served as a side to Lamb Cutlets or just on its own for a light and tasty dinner.
Quarter the sprouts and lightly steam for a few minutes.
In a large frypan, melt the butter and toss in the sprouts, turning regularly. Cook until they start to brown slightly.
Empty the tub of Fresh Fodder Hommous onto a serving plate, top with the brussell sprouts and sprinkle with dukkah to serve.
